ISO 45001:2018, Occupational health and safety management systems – Requirements with guidance for use, was published on the 12th March 2018.

This standard will replace OHSAS 18001 and all certified organisations have three years to migrate to the new standard.

The new standard follows the standard framework for management systems (Annex SL) and it will now be easier to integrate your occupational health and safety management system with other management systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

The standard has been  designed for organisations of all sizes, sectors and locations.

For those who implement and maintain an OHSAS 18001 management system you may wish to complete awareness training.
